if you read that ad, it states "flat-bed cabin." A sleeper seat is not a lie-flat seat, it is a recliner. If the little icon is not a lie-flat bed, but a recliner, then you will not see that pretty new interior. 767-300 is a safer bet. Just had a 12hr flight in one and is was great.

I'd be surprised to see any new 757-200 (75E) planes right now. Delta claiming a "spring" arrival means June 20th.
