HILTON “Aloha Godzilla – Honolulu, Hawaii” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Aloha, Godzilla Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes 2 ways

A) Facebook: Hilton Hotels & Resorts page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/hilton) If you enter through the Hilton Hotels & Resorts Facebook page, you will need to "like" the Hilton Hotels & Resorts page in order to participate in the Sweepstakes.

B) Online: Through the Hilton GODZILLA website at http://www.godzilla.hilton.com ("Website").

- Once you "like" the page or visit the Website, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

- Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
- Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.
- The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
- The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) to Honolulu, HI. Trip package includes:

- Round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Honolulu, HI;
- Five (5) nights' accommodations at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort (one room, double occupancy, Luau included);
- Ground transportation between airport and hotel in Honolulu, HI;
- $500 USD spending money.
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,425 USD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. If the Grand Prize winner is Canadian, 30% of the cash portion of the prize will
be withheld and remitted to the IRS to comply with U.S. tax laws.

Winner Selection and Notification: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around June 6, 2014. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.
