If you're travelling CW, you can use the Pre-Flight Supper area within the Galleries Club lounge. I think it would be frowned upon to walk it all the way back through the GC lounge to the GF lounge.

The Pre-Flight Supper area is quite nice, a decent buffet with plenty of comfy dining tables and chairs. The GF lounge is a bit light in dining tables and chairs (mainly because there is very little food in there!).
