Yes I did, BOG isn't that far of a flight from UIO. The OP didn't say they wanted a sedar in UIO and UIO alone. I did mentioned (before just deleting the info) of a person who was a GM of a hotel who probably would have been making a sedar if he still was in UIO and there over Passsover.
