On 4/1 I noticed my Serve balance was $1 less than expected. I assumed the monthly fee, but was surprised there was no corresponding transaction. I have loaded my $5k for this month and last week was notified by email that my account had been credited for the $1 due to the min $500 load being met. When I checked my account there was a new transaction marked "Monthly Fee Waived", but the amount was $0.00, and my account is still $1 less than it should be.
Anyone else encountered this? I'll phone it and I expect to get it back, but it seems alarming to me that a financial acct. is debited any $ without an explicit transaction....
