Last Fall I received a mailed offer for the American Express Blue Sky: 30,000 points after $500 spending w/in 3 months. That's a massive jump from the standard 7,500 points after $1,000 spending w/in 3 months.

I called them a few months after the offer expired and told them I would sign up today if they could give me that offer, and they honored it. With other reports of people saying they were targeted (even when they weren't) and AMEX still honoring the offers, I am wondering if there's room to "negotiate" sign up bonuses.

And with that theory, I thought it might be useful for us to share our best targeted offers. If nothing else, it could be interesting to see how much the CC companies are willing to give out.
