Flying BA World Traveller BOS-LHR-ATH on a Sunday PM -> Monday with my wife in June. My AA status seems not to carry over and I am unable to get assigned seats without paying extra until check-in 24hrs before the flight. For those who fly BA or this route more frequently than I do, how likely is it to get 2 decent seats together if I wait until check-in? Any assistance is appreciated.
