Last night I walked to the galley in CW and asked for the sleeping essentials. I made small talk with the CC.
"Who on earth thought it was a good idea to take these out of the amenity bags?" I asked.
"Someone who does not like cabin crew" he replied.
'Someone who does not like passengers, more to the point" I replied, perhaps a little sharply.

Glare - I was turned to stone. We never spoke again all trip.
