You might want to see if it's browser-related. Have you tried several different browser types with the same account to see if one works better? (There are some sites I use which have problems showing my account info in IE but work in Firefox, and their are some other sites I use which have problems showing my account info in Firefox but work in IE! Even though most sites work ok in any browser type, when a site doesn't, it's also worthwhile to check it in at least one other browser type. And then some sites work the latest version of the browser only, but have problems if using an older computer which, say, forces you to use an older version of IE; and then other sites don't work with the very latest version of IE that Window 8.1 forces on you!)
