Hi commdiver,

Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused when you were informed that you need to be 25 to rent a PDAR in Germany.

In some countries, such as the UK, this would be true. However, in Germany, the minimum age for this category is 21 having held your licence for a minimum of 2 years.
