I love it when people (like me) don't have all the facts, but make up what they think happened. Was he still in the lavatory when the plane was pushed back? I have seen a problem when people go the lavatory just prior to departure and haven't gotten back in their seats when the push-back occurred. Just guessin' - like others here.
