Is that the noodle restaurant that is on a corner (maybe as far as 2 blks from the PO) that has the plastic food in the display outside the door on the right as one enters? If so, I'll second the recommendation - tasty, quality, good price, no smoking, open afternoons - I always get the nabe-yaki udon soup.
