The assertion on the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee web site that “government taxes & fees are hidden from the public” is a damnable lie.
I want to know the total out-of-pocket cost as I am comparing one airline to another, one routing to another, one day of travel to another.
And the airlines, including DL, don't want that transparency in the system.
What a farce.
