I just read the post about getting an earlier flight.
I may be in the same situation.
I am flying to IST and then to Athens.
There is an earlier Athens flight I would like to take.
I'm sure that without status, my charming smile will not get me on board an earlier flight.
So does anyone know what the standby fee would be on a cheapo - non business ticket?

If not, I hear that the Turkish Airlines Lounge in Turkey is beautiful. How much is a day pass?
