Trying to add OnBusiness to a booking I get:

I had this yesterday (Tues) on a booking for tomorrow (Thurs) after I entered my API; when I checked again just now it simply says "Unable to complete operation" on Safari, and crashes IE.
Most irritating; I need a print out of my eticket receipt, God only knows where the email is
