I suppose the AmEx lounge could have some nice amenities that aren't in the VS lounge, but it is pretty hard to top that one. The VS lounge has a stylish decor, it's not crowded, it has a full bar, and you can get a proper and delicious meal if you like. There are other things that can be great about a lounge, but we're hitting some marginal returns beyond what the SFO VS lounge has to offer.
