Hi Empress,

How do I find out what the fare basis of the ticket? Mine is a Electronic Ticket and when I look at it I cannot find anything remotely close to the fare basis?

It is under teh CALC? 08AUG03YTO AC YYC Q40 00AC YTO Q40. 00R96 mean anything?

I am hoping my elite status will come through this Sunday, in which case I think I can upgrade sooner
