Chairman - T minus 7: where is my upgrade?
This morning I received the upgrade not yet available for my upcoming trip next week.
I looked at the flights; row 1 is occupied and everything else open.
That's 12 our of 16 seats in First Class open, and I as a chairman can not clear an upgrade.
Something does not smell right.
Anyone else see upgrades not clearing/processing as expected?
