Need some help on this board.. I had booked an econo ticket from YYZ-YYC next weekend for a wedding for about $320 a while back... Since I am so close to being Elite for 2004, I was think of moving up to a V fare and betting on an upgrade..

First of all:
(1) Can I upgrade my fare from an Econ to a V or H?
(2) Is there a penalty fee for doing so?
(3) I asked the AC Agent, and she was clueless as how to do this... or if it could be done
(4) My chance of an upgrade as a prestige on V or H fare on AC 127 1700 Aug 8 returning AC 140 1630 Aug 10th
(5) When is the new J domestic meal being introduced on this YYZ-YYC route?
