Does anyone have information on the power quality that these devices output? I'm basically looking for oscilloscope output along the lines of what this review has towards the bottom of the page.

Essentially, I've noticed with my Charger Doctor that the 4 port Monoprice experiences a significant voltage drop when you plug something in (from 5.1V to 4.7V) and only seems to output a max of 1.7A when charging my iPad mini.

I just ordered the 40W Anker...we'll see how that does. But I'd also like to get a sense of the power quality these things output.
