I finally received my refund. I had to call to get it. Emails went unreturned. As you know hotels.com requests you to contact them post stay so they can apply the BRG. Annoying but it's there policy. But apparently contact them means call them. They said they will not apply BRG credits if they are contacted by email. I suggested they change the word "contact" in their standard BRG email to "call". The lady sounded confused and couldn't understand my suggestion. Why do they have the least trained employees working in the BRG department?
