My company lets us fly on fares that are refundable less a cancel fee. (After all, no one wants to always get stuck with a nonrefundable fare even if it can be reused). However, I have yet to find a search tool that compares this type of fare category among airlines. Even the airlines own websites are uneven in how they facilitate a search for this fare type. Am I relegated to just using a travel agent or is there a search tool that can help me do comparison shopping for this fare type?
