According to the story, some woman tweeted "You ruined my spring break, I want some free stuff". Now, I can fully understand that the person responding didn't have any warm feelings about this tweet and having to respond to it, but the response, "We don't like to hear this, Alex. Please provide feedback to our Customer Relations team here: ...". However, to the response was attached an image of a woman having intimate relations with a model of a 777. Oh dear... Took them 22 minutes to delete it. Whilst I can understand the feelings of the employee having to respond to that kind of complaint, I suspect they may no longer be in the job. And US doesn't even fly 777s....
