I thought I'd share two interactions I had with UA CS tonight in an attempt to purchase 4 revenue tickets to Brasil via Azul.

The first time I called, I was told in no uncertain terms that Azul (AD), who as we know just signed a codeshare agreement with UA, does not fly to the city we wanted (FLN). I hung up, looked at the website for both the airport and Azul, and saw that was incorrect.

I called back and had to implore with the rep that Azul was a real airline, she asked for the IATA code and I gave it, and then she told me that JJ did not fly from GRU to FLN, which I also knew was wrong. All I wanted was to just inquire about flying from Campinas to FLN...

Now, I find myself hoping Avianca Brasil joins *A soon...
