Obtain eticket receipt and proof of boarding for past flight
I flew on an AA flight about a month ago, but did not receive mileage credited to CX. I flew on a K fare, so the flight is eligible for mileage.
I contacted CX and they told me I need to submit an eticket receipt and my original boarding pass. Standard procedure of course.
Anyways I contacted AA reservations and they directed me to refunds.aa.com obtain an eticket receipt. Except what I get looks nothing like an eticket receipt.
As for my boarding pass, my flight was in two segments (same flight number). I lost the second boarding pass for my flight, so I was told by CX to get a proof of boarding from AA. Again AA reservations told me to contact Customer Relations regarding this.
Is Customer Relations the right venue to contact or should I be getting this information from someone else?
