Did the Pay with Miles feature change?

I logged in today and tried a sample booking. I picked a fare that was Pay with Miles eligible, but the Pay with Miles option did not appear.

I also noticed that under my Skymiles number, the Delta cardholder information isn't there anymore where it is usually listed. My credit card still is still saved in my "Stored Payments" information.

I know my card (Gold Delta Skymiles) is active. Could it be because I don't have enough miles to Pay with Miles (I have a measly 9,000 left that I'm trying to get rid of)? But I still don't understand why my information would disappear from where I'm used to seeing it.
