You can try setting your pick up and return time at 8pm and show up early (at 6). There's a small chance they won't change the times and just give you the car early.

Well, it's an off-airport location and they close at 6. If I try to set up pickup for 8 - they still charge me an extra day. If I instead choose to pick it up at the airport - they charge location fee.
One way or another, I think I'll just pay an extra day at ~Euro 30 and be done with it.
