Just got off the phone with them.
Was told that a few thousand accounts are being audited due to recent activity with IHG hotels.
I'm supposed to email a compliance lawyer with proof of address, birth certificate, etc.
Must have been all the mattress runs I did last year with IHG when the Aeroplan promo was going on... Except my IHG account appears fine...
