ba.com freezing on 'PLEASE WAIT while we update inbound prices' every time.

I have tested it on 4 different apple computers and three different browers (Safari, Chrome and Firefox) here at home, and iPad too.

Same problem EVERY time.

Have emailed BA ....

Some issues can be resolved by clearing cookies and temporary files from your browser. However, if this does not help the problem, you should contact our Customer Support team on 0844 493 0787. They will be able to help with website issues.

Alternatively, if you call our Gold Guest List team, they will be happy to transfer your call. I'm afraid there is little I can help with, as web based problems are better handled while the problem is happening.

So I called them and they put me through to web support - they told me that they can't work out what the problem is, but it must be an Apple issue. I have cleared cookies and caches on every browser, but nothing doing.

The guy said it is no doubt something to do with the ba.com web people not having caught up with new Apple operating systems. I use Mavericks on all my computers.

But Mavericks came out at the end of last year did it not?

Surely this is enough time for ba.com to react?

I can continue calling and emailing GGL to make bookings, as well as using the iPhone app for simple bookings, but it's annoying not to have ba.com functioning properly

Can any IT guys or gals shed any light on this?
