TAME (Transportes Aéreos Militares Ecuatorianos) doesn't have to be customer friendly. Aerogal is another option.

You have to fly to the airport your cruise meets at, San Cristobal or Baltra islands. There are price tiers, depending on whether you are a Galápagos resident (lowest), Ecuadorian resident or visitor (highest).
