CDG is right up there too.

BRU remains cheap airport to fly out from. Spanish and Italian airports are still reasonable.

For a family of 4 traveling together, choosing the cheaper European airport to fly back can mean a saving of close to a thousand dollar.
ZRH is an airport you might check as well.

(I did this myself on a trip for my family- flew into LHR, out of ZRH, spent 2 weeks in London and Paris.)
