There no need to give LTPE members who hardly fly additional benefits IMHO.
I fully respect your opinion but what makes you think LTPE "hardly fly" and so do not deserve anything special ? FYI, I know several LTPE, including myself, who continue to fly much more than the plat qualification threshold every year (90K for a French resident).
