The points will accrue to the person who has logged in to the AA shopping portal before you click on the iTunes link in the portal. So login kid #1 to the portal, click on iTunes, make purchase, logout of portal, login kid #2, rinse and repeat as needed. The owner of the credit card doesn't matter.
