1) A330-300
2) All flights coded D7 (air asia X malaysia) and soon to be XJ (Thai air asia X) Both D7 and XJ only run 333's so any flight with those codes will have the premium seats.
3) standard 2 rows 2-2-2 about 60 inch pitch slopey bed with power point and light. Reasonably comfy. Row 1 a bit better than row 2.
