Changed return date on UuA booking - 2 weeks & no ticket re-issued yet?
Returning to the U.S. from Italy 2 weeks from Today. Called April 1 to change the date of my return flight to what it is now. Was originally told I couldn't re-route when I called in February to change the ticket, but it worked when I called on the 1st. Changed LHR-PHX on May 16 to LHR-SEA on April 26.
So again, long story short, I'm traveling 2 weeks, and the e-ticket hasn't been re-issued yet. Starting to get worried. Called 5 times and they keep telling me "oh, it's in a queue, it's prioritized by departure date". When should I worry if it's not ticketed?
Oddly, I can select my seat for the FCO-LHR leg on April 25th, but not the LHR-SEA, even though they're the same ticket.
Any advice? Would love if I could call and have ticketing done on the spot...
