Hi,

The lounge is very good with a reasonable range of food and drinks

It is not too bad, just follow the signs for the T3 transit tram to the E gates.

However once back at T3, take care and follow signs to the E gates ( use the lifts) and do not follow everybody else as they will be going out a separate exit to landside and baggage claim ( if you do that you will need to reclear security again)
