AFAIK, IB+ don't publish any charts with specific fare classes. L is going to be a discounted fare class, if it's accepted at all.
With IB+, you might get miles and you might not with partner flights, and it will be fiendishly difficult to try to chase up.
No other options for Royal Air Maroc that I'm aware of, so I'd basically just be pleasantly surprised if you get Avios out of it...
