This sucks: Has anyone ever rec'd a refund or exchange from Rail Europe?
Bought tickets online from Florence to Rome for 4 people. I thought for April 18th. E-mail confirmation came as April 15th. Yes, it is my error but buying tickets on their site isn't easy because the dates reset every time you look at a different itinerary.
Anyway, I haven't left the U.S. yet. Called their office in the U.S. and was told "no refunds/no exchanges".
Called my credit card company and was told "the merchant's policy is no refunds/no exchanges".
So, has anyone been successful at getting an exchange? I want everything the same but the date of travel.
