Recently took 2 J Class flights from YVR-YUL-GVA and took a few shots for some friends that were curious about AC Business class. I did a little review on it. Very typical. IFE didn't work on one flight, seat had problems across from me, power outlet didn't work. All in all, I still think that they're the best in North America but definitely not outside of NA. They didn't even offer the 5% discount for non working IFE. I didn't ask either because I have 3 of them in my headphone case already but they should have at least offered.
