Reloading an Orange SIM card - Romania specific? Not sure yet...
Having the hardest time figuring out how to add time to my Orange PrePay SIM in Romania. I'm in a small town w/o an Orange store right now.
Not sure if this is a SIM/Orange question in general, or a SIM/Orange Romania question specifically.
In general: how does one add time to an Orange PrePay card?
