Absolutely! I keep getting emails to update her address for example and when I click on their link it brings me to the Emirates site which of course I can't log in to and the Skysurfers site is useless. Frustrating.
Yep, I had that problem too.
The parent, or in my case, me pretending to be them, has to phone in to update it. The website is shocking and the "monthly" diary has not changed in over two years.
