Does anyone know why the United website (when choosing seats on an Airbus 320) indicates the following for row 7 ?

Economy Plus
(No under-seat storage)

I was on a 319 last week with slimline and the bulkhead wall was just like before -- has plenty of space at the bottom to slip your carry-on behind the FC cabin (provided the blankets or other FA gear hasn't already been placed there)

I don't ever remember seeing the parenthetical warning before....
