You are going US (oneworld)>SQ (Star Alliance)
Are you traveling on one ticket/PNR or separate tickets?
If the former, then US will interline your checked bag(s) through to your final destination.
If not, then it's more problematic.
As to whether you will receive all your BPs at your originating airport ... that depends. Sometimes the technology works. It's not "an option" for you.
