I decided to use up some ClickRewards I had lying about - those with different email addresses. So I converted these to Starwood with the double promotion fine.

Then the WWF promotion came along and I would have exceeded the 10,000 points target, but sent the request anyway. Lo and behold, they all posted with double points so it seems the 10,000 was a per transaction maximum.
