IF it is an award, IB award seats must be called for - the awards display is not capable of showing them.

IF it is a purchased flight, the "All Airlines" display is not necessary and can add noise to the signal; IB is a oneworld airline still, so selecting "AA, American Eagle, AmericanConnection® and oneworld will suffice.
