Not a disappointment, just that Mixed Fleet crew are newer and therefore will have been through fewer safety training courses - and could have been a reason why the crew didn't think to use the quick reference cards or look at the safety manual. As it is, it looks like MF would have done a better job as their initial training (which seems to be the only time crew are taught to look at the quick reference card) would have been fresher.
I wasn't having a pop, so apologies if it came across that way. I just get frustrated with the sniping sometimes and feel that MF are often given a hard time. Ironic really as it is a member or two of MF crew that saw fit to have a go at me in this thread (go figure).
