Hello Gurus,

Well, living in Singapore for >2.5 years and I have not seen anything in SE Asia, except one day in KL. It it time to fix it.

I'd with pleasure hear your opinions what to see in Indonesia, Cambodia and Thailand. What I'd like - avoid as much as possible typical tourist traps, especially (sorry if this offends someone) packed with Western tourists.

Points of interests - cultural sites and nature, however those should be at least accessible and not a extreme backpacker's spots.

P.S. I will be travelling with wife who is not a big fan of bugs and snakes, so avoiding places where there are commonplace should be one of the conditions...
