Got a suite upgrade there (as Gold) couple months ago, private check-in with welcome drink, fruit in the room & card from GM. Breakfast was already included in my rate, so can't comment on that. Was not a big fan of the breakfast by the way.

I like this hotel a lot, value for money is great - large rooms, and location is decent too, just couple minutes walk to Nana BTS. If they'd refurbish the rooms a bit I'd like it even more - especially the bathrooms can use a bit of an overhaul.
