Hi all, I couldn't find this info in previous threads: my wife and I will be flying JFK-NRT in the new staggered J cabin on the 77W (and hopefully we get it on NRT-IAD too), we will be traveling with an infant on our laps. Airline has assigned us middle seats at the front of cabin, at our request for bassinet. When traveling in 1-2-1 J setup, we usually prefer to both have windows and usually ask for bulkhead window w/ bassinet, then the seat behind it (window too). We asked for that but I was informed by the travel agent that the bassinet is only available with the middle seats.

Is that true. Bassinet is only available for middle seats in staggered J 77W cabin, and not in window seats? I would appreciate any confirmation either way. Would like to avoid not having a window for such a long flight, if possible.
