First, on the evening of the change-over from *A, prior to midnight, I have booked a very nice PIA-ORD-NRT-FRA-ORD-PIA(ANA, LH, etc) at 90K in J-the agent advised me that it was on 72 hour hold despite my questioning her 3X. Of course next day that locater is empty. Establish contact with CS supervisor who gives me 3 routing in/out LHR, can't advise of taxes and fees there(which we all know will be exorbitant).
I write with suggested itinerary of AY through HEL-NRT, now this.
I had specifically purchased(and CC'd)my 90K for this booking.
Next up: they add 20K to my account-wish me luck.
